1. You haven’t met the minimum spend

The most common culprit. Many codes only fire once your cart clears a set amount. If yours is declined, check the code’s conditions on the card and confirm your subtotal is above the threshold — adding one more sleeve is often all it takes. This one is easy to miss because the checkout rarely spells out why the code didn’t apply.

2. Something in your cart is excluded

3. The code is app-only or category-limited
